Secret Society was known when i was in secondary school many many years back..Very popular also..One school have many many different gang around...Saw alot of incident myself..Look back and see luckily nothing happen big in those year ...Year back when handle rebellion youngster neither is probation,sent to homes or even hostel...(Below 18 years old)...When young times can still called still dun know how to think...But if 18 years old everything done wrong must pay own consequences...eg. Throw ciggarettes butt kanna caught by any government sector ===> IC please FINE letter will sent to home...Everything illegal things done in SINGAPORE caught by police there is no second chance ===>See cases to cases but normally is like that..COURT===>WAIT FOR SENTENCE====> PRISON LIFE
What i can say is,What we done now as a adult we must think before we do what mistake u do u will pay for consequences..NOT ONLY ILLEGAL THINGS
