Sickness had been with me for a few week...
From a mild cough to a terrible cough,
and come by fever..
Have been very weak
for this few days..
Eat medicine till i am going to vomit..
i hate eating those big big pill
hard to swallow into my throat,,

Doctor notice i have a lump on my throat
hope it will recover after eating 2 types of anti-biotics..
Hope nothing bad..

I always wanted to work hard work more
end up
cough come and find me..
Not only me got it..
My few colleagues always got sick..
It must be due to the weather..

Sickness go away
CNY is coming
i haven't buy anything for myself
Mummy bought me and 2 precious
I have one pair of new shoes

It’s like an invasion of the body snatchers – only instead of strange looking aliens, it’s babies instead.

So we totally understand that in your new role as parents…you might have become…insensitive to the outside world.You see, there are adults out there who are non-parents and for all you know, they might be trying their hardest to become one of us.

Here is our list of top 6 things you should not be saying to your childless friends…unless you really do not want to be friends with them anymore then you have our permission to use this list for evil.

1. “When will you finally have kids?”

An experience as magical as parenting is one that can not be shared by just telling one person.It is one that needs to be experienced.

So it is only natural that you would want your friends to be experiencing what you are currently going though and it is also only natural that you would be curious on when they will be travelling down this path you have taken. But when you do ask this million dollar question; please be discreet.

This is a sensitive subject and for all you know, your friend might be child-free now because they are either facing infertility, having to deal with a spouse who does not want a kid or having other issues that we dare not begin to discuss.

If you really do need to know, bring it up privately or don’t be nosy nelly at all and wait for them to share with you.

2. “We always wanted to have a family.”

If you somehow, condescendingly use the expression “have a family” to mean “have children,” you inadvertently send a message that people without kids are… family-less.

I was waiting for my salary to be in my bank on friday

Called up the office tok to my boss

she say she still never receive the uniform
i had long long ago
pass to my senior
and
pass to the warehouse uncle..

I am not very happy
when they never told me in advance
i wait till today than know my salary had been hold

i was told by my senior

today
she say i have to return to the office personally
i also never receive any calls to
ask me pass my uniform back to office myself ...

she still told me one uniform cost $50..
i know it very early

A prenuptial agreement , also referred to as a prenup, is a legally binding contract that is signed by a woman and man before they get married. The prenup clearly states how any pre-marital, as well as marital property will be divided up, should the marriage end in a divorce. A prenup also spells out how spousal support will be set up.

You should consider a prenuptial agreement if certain circumstances apply. For instance, if you are considerably wealthier than your partner, own your own house or have significant assets, you should consider a prenuptial agreement. If you own part or all of a business or are expecting a large increase in your salary, you should also consider a prenuptial agreement.

When considering a prenuptial agreement, be sure to bring up the topic early in the relationship. Don't wait until right before the wedding to tell your partner you want them to sign a prenuptial agreement.

Be honest and open about why you want your significant other to sign a prenup. It is important that you and your partner are able to agree on the basics of the prenuptial agreement, before bringing it to the lawyers. Make a list of all your assets and talk about who will get what, should the marriage end in divorce.

After you have both agreed to sign the prenup, you should each retain your own lawyer. If you and your significant other were to use the same lawyer, a judge might not enforce the agreement. He or she may say that one of you were not able to get sufficient legal representation.

It is important that you completely make known all of your assets. Any attempt to hide or mislead part of your assets could result in the prenuptial agreement being thrown out of court.

Rushed home and saw my 2 precious playing with my parent..
I really love this type of life..
Simple and so real life

Last few week she & my bff bought us a tin of mooncake..
Thank Ryan and AH mei bought my 2 precious lantern each..
If next year every thing go smoothly
i will wanted to do something for my family,my bff and relatives..
I am really grateful what they had done for US..

Yesterday 2 pecious brought lantern to school..
it was mid autumn festival
i really love their school
alway organised excursion

every festival also celebrate with the children..

They get alot improvement on their school

Perimenopause; Postmenopause

Menopause is the transition period in a woman's life when her ovaries stop producing eggs, her body produces less estrogen and progesterone, and menstruation becomes less frequent, eventually stopping altogether.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors

Menopause is a natural event that normally occurs between the ages of 45 and 55.

Once menopause is complete (called postmenopause) and you have not had a period for 1 year, you are no longer at risk of becoming pregnant.

The symptoms of menopause are caused by changes in estrogen and progesterone levels. The ovaries make less of these hormones over time. The specific symptoms and how significant (mild, moderate, or severe) they are varies from woman to woman.

A gradual decrease of estrogen generally allows your body to slowly adjust to the hormonal changes. Hot flashes and sweats are at their worst for the first 1 - 2 years after the last period. Menopause symptoms may last 5 or more years.

Estrogen levels may drop suddenly after some medical treatments, as is seen when the ovaries are removed surgically (called surgical menopause). Chemotherapy and anti-estrogen treatment for breast cancer are other examples. Symptoms can be more severe and start more suddenly in these circumstances.

As a result of the fall in hormone levels, changes occur in the entire female reproductive system. The vaginal walls become less elastic and thinner. The vagina becomes shorter. Lubricating secretions from the vagina become watery. The outside genital tissue thins. This is called atrophy of the labia.

Symptoms

In some women, menstrual flow comes to a sudden halt. More commonly, it slowly stops over time. During this time, the menstrual periods generally become either more closely or more widely spaced. This irregularity may last for 1 - 3 years before menstruation finally ends completely. Before this the cycle length may shorten to as little as every 3 weeks.

Common symptoms of menopause include:

Heart pounding or racing
Hot flashes
Night sweats
Skin flushing
Sleeping problems (insomnia)

Other symptoms of menopause may include:

Decreased interest in sex, possibly decreased response to sexual stimulation
Forgetfulness (in some women)
Headaches
Irregular menstrual periods
Mood swings including irritability, depression, and anxiety
Urine leakage
Vaginal dryness and painful sexual intercourse
Vaginal infections
Joint aches and pains
Irregular heartbeat (palpitations)

Signs and tests

Blood and urine tests can be used to measure changes in hormone levels that may signal when a woman is close to menopause or has already gone through menopause. Examples of these tests include:

A pelvic exam may indicate changes in the vaginal lining caused by declining estrogen levels. The doctor may perform a bone density test to screen for low bone density levels that occur with osteoporosis. The rate of bone loss increases during the first few years after the last period.

Treatment

Treatment with hormones may be helpful if you have severe symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood issues, or vaginal dryness.

Discuss the decision to take hormones thoroughly with your doctor, weighing your risks against any possible benefits. Learn about the many options currently available to you that do not involve taking hormones. Every woman is different. Your doctor should be aware of your entire medical history before prescribing hormone therapy (HT).

If you have a uterus and decide to take estrogen, you must also take progesterone to prevent endometrial cancer (cancer of the lining of the uterus). If you do not have a uterus, progesterone is not necessary.

HORMONE THERAPY

Several major studies have questioned the health benefits and risks of hormone replacement therapy, including the risk of developing breast cancer, heart attacks, strokes, and blood clots.

Current guidelines support the use of HT for the treatment of hot flashes. Specific recommendations:

HT may be started in women who have recently entered menopause.
HT should not be used in women who started menopause many years ago, except for . An exception is estrogen vaginal creams.
The medicine should not be used for longer than 5 years.
Women taking HT should have a baseline low risk for stroke, heart disease, blood clots, or breast cancer.

To reduce the risks of estrogen therapy and still gain the benefits of the treatment, your doctor may recommend:

Using a lower dose of estrogen or a different estrogen preparation (for instance, a vaginal cream rather than a pill)
Having frequent and regular pelvic exams and Pap smears to detect problems as early as possible
Having frequent and regular physical exams, including breast exams and mammograms

ALTERNATIVES TO HT

There are some medications available to help with mood swings, hot flashes, and other symptoms. These include low doses of antidepressants such as paroxetine (Paxil), venlafaxine (Effexor), bupropion (Wellbutrin), and fluoxetine (Prozac), or clonidine, which is normally used to control high blood pressure. Gabapentin is also effective for reducing hot flashes.

LIFESTYLE CHANGES

The good news is that you can take many steps to reduce your symptoms without taking hormones:

Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods
Dress lightly and in layers
Eat soy foods
Get adequate calcium and vitamin D in food or supplements
Get plenty of exercise
Perform Kegel exercises daily to strengthen the muscles of your vagina and pelvis
Practice slow, deep breathing whenever a hot flash starts to come on (try taking six breaths per minute)
Remain sexually active
See an acupuncture specialist
Try relaxation techniques such as yoga, tai chi, or meditation
Use water-based lubricants during sexual intercourse

Complications

Postmenopausal bleeding may occur. This bleeding is often nothing to worry about. However, your health care provider should always check any postmenopausal bleeding, because it may be an early sign of other problems, including cancer.

Decreased estrogen levels are also associated with the following long-term effects:

Bone loss and eventual osteoporosis in some women
Changes in cholesterol levels and greater risk of heart disease

Calling your health care provider

Call your health care provider if:

You are spotting blood between periods
You have had 12 consecutive months with no period and suddenly vaginal bleeding or spotting begins again, even if it is a very small amount

Prevention

Menopause is a natural and expected part of a woman's development and does not need to be prevented. However, there are ways to reduce or eliminate some of the symptoms of menopause.

You can reduce your risk of long-term problems such as osteoporosis and heart disease by taking the following steps:

Control your blood pressure, cholesterol, and other risk factors for heart disease.
Do NOT smoke. Cigarette use can cause early menopause.
Eat a low-fat diet.
Get regular exercise. Resistance exercises help strengthen your bones and improve your balance.
If you show early signs of bone loss or have a strong family history of osteoporosis, talk to your doctor about medications that can help stop further weakening.
Take calcium and vitamin D.

Is a workshop for family and children
Baobei enjoy herself there

I had learn more about this 5 languages
Last year i had knew this 5 languages
I will only apply to those who i treasure them in life..

The 2 books from Miss Joyce
she is such a great counsellor
whenever have any talk or workshops
she sure ask me whether i interested ..

3 of us have a happy July
with friends & family..
We enjoy our days
very much..

We spent time and days together
with
so many wonderful friends

family..

i am lucky i have friends, relatives to help me when i had financial help..
I will not be so brainless to go borrow loan shark n private loaner n than push blame to other..i will also not borrow money n avoid the person n changed my number several times..

Pity the man who behind the bar have to cover all those things he has not done...own family member borrow money togetherr n let own sibling to cover all these...

I will never want to use the money what people help me and than run away...i will sure return...
